- Uploaded files (videos, audio) for processing — deleted after completion
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, processing time)
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, we never store card details

- To provide our AI dubbing and translation services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send important account updates and service notifications
- To improve our AI models and service quality (anonymized data only)
- To comply with legal obligations
3. File Processing & Data Retention
Files you upload are:
- Encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Processed on secure servers and automatically deleted after completion
- Never shared with third parties or used to train our models
- Not stored or accessible after processing is complete
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for:
- AI model inference (Replicate)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Authentication (OAuth providers)
Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
