1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dublyx (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dublyx provides AI-powered video and audio dubbing, translation, and subtitle generation tools. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

3. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must own or have proper rights to any content you upload
  • You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service

4. Voice Cloning Consent

Voice cloning features require explicit consent from the voice owner. By using voice cloning, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the individuals whose voices are being cloned. Misuse of voice cloning may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. Dublyx retains ownership of its AI models, software code, and platform infrastructure. The output generated by our AI tools belongs to you and may be used for any purpose.

6. Credits, Plans & Payments

  • Credits are consumed per processing job based on file length and selected options
  • Free plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@dublyx.com

7. Limitation of Liability

Dublyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
